A special computer software program, EmphaSys is available as a complimentary service from IVMed. This Windows-based program allows members to view contracted items in a variety of formats. The information is updated monthly with more frequent email updates available upon request.
IVTrac Invoice Analysis:
IVMed offers an electronic review of invoices for all of our members' wholesale purchases. We analyze the dataset for discrepancies between contract pricing and the actual prices paid by our clients. We then send a spreadsheet report to our members and their wholesalers to ensure that members receive the appropriate pricing for their dates of purchase. We can even suggest more cost-effective purchasing strategies for your business.
